Billing questions
What exactly is a seat?
A person with the administrator or editor role, meaning someone who can edit data. Viewers read and export without being billed.
What if someone leaves mid-month?
Billing is pro-rated: a released seat is deducted from the next invoice, and an added seat is billed for the remaining days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and SEPA direct debit. Invoices are issued in euros, with intra-EU VAT if you provide a valid number. Bank transfer on invoice from the Custom plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing happens automatically: with no card on file, the account becomes read-only and your data stays exportable for 60 days.
